Perfectly located within the tranquil parish of Strathblane near Loch Lomond, this inn, established in 1601, is no stranger to greeting guests, both local and from all over the world.
Nestling under the breathtaking and spectacular Campsie Hills, the Kirkhouse Inn is ideal for relaxation or business. The service, food and ambience are second to none, and the Kirkhouse team will make sure that you feel completely at home. Staff aim to create an experience that you will always remember, and will wish to repeat again and again.

Our dining area provides a relaxed, tranquil setting for any meal. Whether it’s a romantic rendezvous, a business get-together or a family celebration, the Kirkhouse Inn is one of the most pleasing places to eat in Glasgow, or near it.
We also have an outside dining area which is south facing and enjoys views that few Glasgow luxury restaurants can offer - if at all.
The hotel is situated 11 miles North West of Glasgow City Centre and approximately 15 miles North of Glasgow International Airport. A short westerly drive of approx 20minutes will take you onto the bonny banks of Loch Lomond. Railway station is 4 miles from the Hotel. Direct bus route outside hotel into the city centre or Trossachs.
